• Perform LiDAR and laser scanning to capture as-built site conditions
• Create and maintain multi-discipline federated BIM models
• Provide GIS support for seamless integration of spatial data
• Build digital twin connectivity for real-time data interaction
• Conduct asset data collection and database population
• Develop BIM standards, guidelines, and execution plans
• Provide staff training on VDC/BIM tools and workflows
• Support research into AI and machine learning for project delivery
• Perform model authoring and skilled staff support
• Draft and refine project documentation and processes
