Buyer is soliciting proposals for comprehensive student support services for Priority Schools designated as Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI) and Additional Targeted Support and Improvement (ATSI) schools. Buyer seeks qualified consultants to deliver customized academic and social-emotional learning support through in-person workshops, web-based curriculum, and professional development. The program must address student development, teacher/staff development, and parent/family engagement for 27 priority schools.

• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for academic and SEL/behavioral needs
• Deliver interactive in-person engagement workshops aligned to state standards
• Develop customized web-based curriculum for priority schools
• Provide student development and engagement programs for academic and social-emotional growth
• Deliver teacher/staff professional development and customized follow-up support
• Implement evidence-based parent/family engagement models with cultural responsiveness
• Create coaching programs for instructional leadership teams
• Develop program evaluation metrics including non-academic outcomes
• Customize services for 19 CSI and 8 ATSI schools
• Maintain communication interface with district leadership
