Buyer seeks a vendor to develop GIS datasets for Colorado's Next Generation 9-1-1 system. The project includes creating a statewide PSAP boundary feature class and conducting a GIS data gap analysis for 57 Governing Bodies. Buyer requires coordination with local agencies to resolve boundary overlaps and gaps. Optional components include creating provisioning boundaries and providing assistance to certain Governing Bodies with their GIS data.

- Experience with NG9-1-1 GIS data development
- Experience coordinating GIS projects with multiple parties
- Ability to comply with State information security policies
- Create statewide GIS PSAP boundary feature class
- Coordinate with Governing Bodies to resolve boundary overlaps and gaps
- Develop NG9-1-1 GIS data gap analysis for 57 Governing Bodies
- Provide detailed documentation for all GIS datasets
- Complete feature class metadata to fullest extent
- Deliver monthly discrepancy and progress reports
- Develop clean topology using cluster tolerance and rules
- Coordinate approval of boundaries with Governing Bodies
- Recommend ongoing data maintenance practices
- Conduct regular progress meetings with Project Manager
