• Minimum 7-10 years experience in large-scale live event production
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex timelines
• Deep knowledge of sponsor integration and event safety protocols
• Experience with international rights-holders preferred
• Familiarity with Atlanta's local culture and permitting processes preferred

• Develop operational plan for on-site production elements including stages and A/V
• Design and program schedule of live entertainment acts and cultural showcases
• Source, book, contract, and manage all performers and production crews
• Coordinate integration of FIFA commercial affiliates and local sponsors
• Develop activation layouts balancing sponsor presence with fan experience
• Lead media and PR planning with Atlanta Host Committee
• Manage media zones, press credentials, and live broadcast support
• Ensure compliance with FIFA branding guidelines and media rights
• Develop festival production plan with entertainment schedule and technical specs
• Deliver final event report with attendance, media impressions, and lessons learned
