Buyer is seeking qualified consultants to provide Digital Health services across multiple positions. Buyer aims to transform its digital health infrastructure to enhance patient care and streamline operations. Buyer is creating a pool of qualified consultants to fill positions including Senior Healthcare Business Intelligence Developer, Chief Digital Officer, Senior Healthcare Epic Developer, Healthcare Data Scientist, and Data Science Team Lead. These roles will support initiatives related to EHR systems, advanced analytics, and digital health applications.

• Epic certification appropriate to module being supported
• Five or more years of experience with Epic system
• Experience in government healthcare settings
• Experience with Microsoft PowerBI and/or Qlik Sense
• Experience with integrated health systems

• Create and optimize data warehouses and BI solutions
• Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI and Qlik Sense
• Implement Epic EHR system and its modules
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA healthcare regulations
• Analyze and optimize Epic systems and workflows
• Configure and maintain Epic modules and integrated systems
• Develop predictive models for population health management
• Guide integration of GenAI tools into analytic workflows
• Lead cross-functional teams for digital transformation
• Mentor junior analysts on troubleshooting techniques
