Buyer is seeking a contractor to service, maintain, and install security cameras throughout the city. The scope covers maintenance of over 1500 existing cameras with expected growth to 3000 cameras within a year. Buyer requires on-call support with tiered response times based on camera criticality. The contract includes repair, replacement, new installations, event support, and maintenance database management.

• Experience in municipal or large campus security camera services
• Master electrician on staff or retainer
• Alabama Electrical Contract Board Electrical Contractor License
• Network security certification (CompTIA Network+ or equivalent)
• Uniformed professional on-call workforce able to pass MPD background checks
• City of Mobile business license
• Experience with camera network management software

• Repair or replace deficient security cameras within specified response times
• Install new security cameras according to manufacturer specifications
• Provide pre-event support and temporary camera installation for city events
• Maintain live inventory database with equipment details and maintenance history
• Respond to critical camera issues within two hours (Red priority)
• Perform diagnostic and repair services based on camera criticality scores
• Provide warranty repair services for contractor-installed equipment
• Source necessary parts and equipment for camera maintenance
• Assist with improving reliability of city-wide camera system
• Support integration with new citywide camera control software
