Buyer seeks vendors to provide fundraising services for district schools. The solicitation intends to obtain a variety of vendors who provide full-service fundraiser services. Services include online fundraising, social media fundraising, face-to-face fundraising, and pre-sale fundraising with all related documentation processing. This does not include campus-facilitated fundraisers such as purchase and resale of t-shirts or other goods.

• Must provide full-service fundraiser services
• Must handle all documentation processing
• Must be able to remit proper sales tax
• Must carry required insurance coverage

• Provide online fundraising services with web documentation processing
• Deliver social media fundraising campaigns and tools
• Facilitate face-to-face fundraising activities
• Manage pre-sale fundraising programs
• Develop fundraising marketing materials and catalogs
• Process fundraising orders efficiently
• Remit proper sales tax to Texas Comptroller's office
• Track and report fundraising activities and profits
• Provide sales support and training for students/staff
• Offer product guarantees and handle returns when applicable
