Buyer seeks inmate healthcare services for a new 58,770 square foot jail with 230 inmate capacity. Current average daily population is 150 inmates with potential to increase to 200. Services must comply with National Commission of Correctional Health Care standards and include medical, mental health, emergency dental, and related healthcare services. The contract period is for one year with possible renewal for three additional years.

• Primary purpose of providing inmate health care services
• Three years corporate experience in inmate health care programs
• Two current contracts with facilities of at least 100 beds
• Professional liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence/$3,000,000 aggregate
• General liability insurance of $1,000,000 combined single limit
• Facility accreditation from NCCHC, ACA, or MAG
• Ability to provide immediate contract start-up

• Provide 12-hour daily nursing coverage 7 days a week
• Schedule weekly doctor visits to the jail
• Implement telehealth services for mental health issues
• Manage pharmaceutical administration and dispensing
• Perform comprehensive health evaluations of inmates
• Provide 24-hour on-call physician services
• Maintain medical records in accordance with NCCHC standards
• Conduct regularly scheduled sick call
• Deliver emergency medical services
• Coordinate specialty care and hospital arrangements
