- Provide individual school and consolidated auditor's reports
- Report on operational effectiveness of student activity funds
- Provide additional audits due to personnel changes
- Meet with Accounting Supervisor for preliminary information
- Maintain knowledge of School Activity Fund Guidelines
- Provide exit interviews with principals at each site
- Advise principals on school activity funds and compliance
- Conduct preliminary audit fieldwork prior to July 15
- Complete all year-end audit work by August 15
