Professional Structural Engineering Services - Annual Contract

Buyer seeks professional structural engineering services to assist in managing their Bridge Maintenance program and prepare plans and specifications for structural repairs and construction. The contract is for a two-year period with the option to renew for up to two additional two-year periods upon satisfactory performance. Services will help maintain the city's bridge infrastructure through professional engineering design and assessment.

• 1/1/2025 - Question Cutoff Date
• 7/17/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Authorized/licensed under Florida Statutes to perform professional services
• Capability to deliver final drawings in standard .dxf or .dwg format
• Must possess a Local Business Tax Certificate if applicable
• Prime must be FDOT Prequalified in 4.1.2–Minor Bridge Design Concrete

• Prepare plans and specifications for structural repairs and construction
• Assist in management of City's Bridge Maintenance program
• Perform structural inspections and condition assessments
• Create detailed construction drawings and technical specifications
• Review contractor submittals and shop drawings
• Provide professional engineering certifications and sealed documents
• Perform structural analysis and load ratings for bridges
• Conduct field surveys to verify existing conditions
• Estimate construction costs for repair projects
• Coordinate with various stakeholders and regulatory agencies
