Buyer seeks a qualified construction management team to simultaneously oversee two Complete Streets Projects: S Broadway Complete Streets and Old Hampden Complete Streets. The scope includes inspection, testing, documentation, and contract administration in accordance with CDOT requirements. The construction manager will serve as liaison between stakeholders, maintain project records, conduct weekly meetings, and ensure contractor compliance with plans and specifications. The projects aim to enhance safety, accessibility, and attractiveness for pedestrians and transit users.

• Must be firmly established in construction management business
• Licensed Professional Engineer must supervise all work
• Licensed Professional Surveyor must supervise survey-related tasks

• Oversee construction phase of two Complete Streets Projects simultaneously
• Ensure compliance with CDOT standards and Local Agency Manual requirements
• Manage project documentation and B2G/LCPtracker systems
• Conduct weekly progress meetings and distribute meeting minutes
• Perform construction observation and materials testing per CDOT requirements
• Process Contract Modification Orders and track DBE participation compliance
• Review shop drawings and material submittals for conformance
• Monitor labor compliance and certified payroll submissions
• Create accurate as-built plans and final materials documentation
• Assist with stakeholder communications and project updates
