Buyer seeks a marketing partner to develop and implement a comprehensive campaign across eight counties in Michigan. The campaign will focus on reducing chronic absenteeism, strengthening family engagement with emphasis on early literacy, and promoting healthy screen-time habits. Buyer requires full-service marketing support including creative development, content production, media planning, and analytics with all deliverables meeting accessibility standards. The selected agency will collaborate with regional staff and provide monthly reporting throughout the 18-month campaign period.

• Current licensure to do business in Michigan and insured
• Minimum 3 years experience managing statewide/regional awareness campaigns
• Staff expertise in creative development, media buying, analytics
• Experience reaching multilingual or historically underserved audiences
• Ability to ensure ADA and Section 508 compliance

• Digital content production for OTT, social media, and video
• Print material development for billboards and community marketing

• Creating social media digital toolkit for organic outreach
• Website development or content creation with transition plan
• Analytics, SEO, and monthly performance reporting
• Collaboration with Region 5 staff and steering committee
