• Compliance with federal aid project requirements

• Pre-construction coordination with IDOT for federal funding requirements
• Review contract documents and engineering drawings
• Coordinate with utility companies throughout construction
• Develop and distribute regular project notifications to stakeholders
• Perform quality assurance material testing per IDOT requirements
• Conduct daily inspections ensuring compliance with specifications
• Maintain documentation for federal aid project requirements
• Verify contractor's construction layout
• Process contract documentation including pay estimates
• Identify required spot curb/gutter and sidewalk repairs
• Enforce stormwater pollution prevention compliance
• Conduct weekly progress meetings
• Coordinate CCDD and special waste disposal
• Develop and process necessary change orders
• Provide as-built documentation at project completion
