Buyer is seeking construction engineering services for the Lambert Road Roadway Resurfacing Project. The project has qualified for $1,201,306 in Surface Transportation Program Funding, including $99,190 for Construction Engineering. • Previous experience with similar projects
• Ability to demonstrate qualifications through project team and resumes

• Review contract documents, engineering drawings, and special provisions
• Conduct pre-construction meeting with all stakeholders
• Develop and distribute regular project notifications to impacted residents and businesses
• Maintain federal aid project documentation including ICORS entries and inspection reports
• Verify construction layout and inspect all contract work
• Perform quality assurance material testing per IDOT requirements
• Conduct weekly progress meetings and provide updates to Village staff
• Develop and enforce Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
• Identify required spot curb/gutter and sidewalk repairs within project corridor
• Manage all project documentation, payment, and closeout procedures for federal aid projects
