Engineering Services for CDBG-DR and FEMA Funding

Buyer seeks qualified engineering firms to provide services for projects funded through CDBG-DR, FEMA, and other related awards. Services include design, cost estimates, bid assistance, construction oversight, and compliance with all applicable regulations. The selected engineer will support projects through the entire lifecycle from application preparation through closeout. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, experience, and capacity for performance.

• 7/16/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Preparation of plans and specifications for CDBG-DR and FEMA projects
• Distribution of bid documents to potential contractors
• Assistance with bid opening and preparation of bid tabulations
• Support for execution of construction contracts
• Conducting pre-construction conferences with selected contractors
• Performing construction inspections with periodic reporting to the County
• Reviewing and recommending payment requests for project work
• Developing cost estimates for funding application preparation
• Providing engineering services through project closeout
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
