Buyer seeks a qualified traffic analysis consultant to study freight truck movement to reduce negative route impacts from surrounding near port communities. The study will assess volumes and frequencies of truck traffic and develop strategies and viable alternatives to address identified issues. The project is funded by the Environmental Protection Agency's Clean Ports Program grant to advance efforts to improve air quality, reduce pollutants, and engage near-port communities. The consultant will analyze truck routes accessing port terminal facilities with a focus on how these routes impact nearby communities and neighborhoods.
