• Firm must have at least one principal licensed in the State of Mississippi
• Experience with similar university projects
• Experience with Board of Trustees of Institutions of Higher Learning projects

• Design multi-story mixed-use building with commercial space, student housing, and educational space
• Renovate and connect to adjacent existing facilities
• Provide full design services through construction administration
• Develop cost-control procedures to minimize change orders
• Submit resumes of project team including in-house specialists and external consultants
• Document record of design excellence with photographs and evidence
• Explain client-professional relationship procedures
• Demonstrate experience with university and IHL Board projects
• Participate in informational meeting if shortlisted
• Attend roundtable interviews if selected
