Buyer is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the maintenance of the agency's current website to better serve its riders, employees, residents, and visitors of Tulsa. The services will be performed virtually over a 5-year period. Buyer requires ongoing website maintenance including regular updates, security monitoring, daily backups, and maintenance of accessibility standards. Support requests will include both normal business hours and emergency response protocols.

- Perform regular website software and server updates with security patches
- Conduct ongoing performance and security monitoring with immediate notifications
- Maintain WCAG 2.2 AA web accessibility scores above 90/100
- Provide 24/7 emergency issue monitoring with 2-hour response time
- Implement daily backups of website data
- Create and follow service level agreement specifying quality of service
- Monitor and maintain third-party integrations like Single Sign-On and ADP
- Submit monthly reports outlining activities, hours used, and performance metrics
- Ensure ADA compliance and accessibility standards
- Test website functionality on both front-end and back-end
