• Develop a socio-demographic community profile analyzing past and future trends
• Create an inventory of current land uses and infrastructure assets

• Create bi-weekly progress meetings with staff via Microsoft TEAMS
• Host twice-monthly steering committee meetings throughout the project
• Develop a Vision and Goal for the Comprehensive Plan
• Review Freight Plan to provide land use policy recommendations
• Create robust implementation strategy with measurable monitoring system
• Produce final Comprehensive Plan with all required maps and appendices
• Develop supplemental reports with detailed demographic and economic analysis
• Produce an attractive information brochure with essential plan directions
• Create base maps showing physical context of the study area
