Buyer is seeking engineering services on an as-needed basis for the Southern Crescent Regional Commission State Economic and Infrastructure Development Grant Program. The selected engineer will assist with project funding applications and provide complete engineering services through project closeout. The scope includes preparing plans, distributing bid documents, assisting with construction contracts, and performing inspections. The contract will be on a fixed price basis.

- Prepare preliminary cost estimates, plans and specifications
- Assist with project funding applications
- Prepare facility plans if necessary
- Distribute bid documents to potential contractors
- Assist in bid opening and prepare bid tabulation
- Assist in execution of construction contracts
- Hold pre-construction conference with selected contractors
- Perform construction inspection with periodic reports
- Approve all payment requests during construction
- Provide engineering services through project closeout
