Buyer seeks qualified individuals or firms to provide direct and indirect therapeutic and educational services to students on an as-needed basis. Services include speech therapy, physical therapy, counseling, school psychology, nursing, and paraprofessional support. The contract period is from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028, with possible extensions for two additional years. Buyer will evaluate proposals based on program plan, firm capabilities, and financial proposal.

• Minimum one year experience providing services listed in RFP
• Must have worked with at least one comparable K-12 school district
• Must be a Non-Public Agency authorized by California Department of Education

• Provide Speech Language Pathologist services including bilingual services
• Deliver Physical and Occupational Therapy services
• Provide DIS Counseling services for special education students
• Supply School Psychologist and School Nurse services
• Offer paraprofessional support for special education students
• Provide ACC services and NPS SAI assessments
• Develop and amend student IEPs
• Attend required meetings including eligibility conferences
• Maintain thorough records compliant with district policies
• Submit detailed billing reports for each assigned student
