Eastern Regional Tourism District
Buyer seeks a non-profit tourism organization to serve as an administrative partner. The selected partner will handle administrative, fiscal, and marketing operations for the tourism district's State Funded Grant Contract. The partner will provide office support, respond to tourism inquiries, assist with marketing, and serve as a liaison between stakeholders. Services will be for the 2025/2026 fiscal year covering 41 municipalities in Eastern Connecticut.

- Must be a non-profit organization engaged in the tourism industry
- Primary purpose must be conducting tourism marketing
- Must be located within one of the 41 member municipalities
- Provide office support, bookkeeping, and communications for the tourism district
- Respond to Connecticut Office of Tourism requests including group sales and PR inquiries
- Support marketing agency social media and editorial content creation
- Oversee brochure distribution and attend industry trade shows
- Organize familiarization tours and industry updates for stakeholders
- Catalog and manage photography and video assets with proper talent releases
- Keep stakeholders informed about district tourism activities
- Provide tourism information to the public for 41 member municipalities
- Attend and document district meetings with proper meeting notices
- Store and maintain district property
