Eastern Regional Tourism District

Buyer seeks a non-profit organization to serve as an Administrative Partner for the 2025/2026 Fiscal Year. The partner will assist with administrative, fiscal, and marketing operations. Buyer's mission is to stimulate economic growth by promoting the region's 41 municipalities as a premier tourism destination. The selected partner will provide comprehensive support services including office support, marketing assistance, and stakeholder communications.

• Must be a non-profit organization engaged in the tourism industry
• Must be located within one of the 41 member municipalities
• Primary purpose must be conducting tourism marketing

• Provide office support, bookkeeping, and board support services
• Take minutes at ERTD meetings and send proper meeting notices
• Respond to Connecticut Office of Tourism requests for group sales and PR inquiries
• Support marketing agency with social media and editorial content
• Oversee brochure distribution and attendance at trade shows
• Organize familiarization tours and industry updates
• Keep stakeholders informed about ERTD activities
• Catalog and update photography and video assets with proper talent releases
• Catalog and store ERTD property
• Market the region's 41 municipalities as a premier tourism destination
