The selected vendor will develop and execute strategies to enhance the district's brand identity, generate earned media coverage, and strengthen community engagement through digital platforms. Buyer is a nonprofit Property Business Improvement District committed to revitalizing Downtown El Cajon through strategic investments in events, beautification, and community initiatives. The contract is for one year with potential for extension.

• Experience in district or multi-tenant retail/dining center promotion
• Expertise in comprehensive public relations management

• Develop media outreach strategies for Downtown El Cajon
• Secure earned media in local, regional, national, and Baja California markets
• Create 2-3 social media posts weekly across multiple platforms
• Provide crisis communications support
• Promote special events and seasonal downtown promotions
• Develop content strategy for social media platforms
• Manage strategic ad placement and boosting
• Create and manage event pages on social media
• Facilitate audience engagement and respond to inquiries
• Deliver monthly PR and social media performance reports
