- Prepare preliminary cost estimate, plans and specifications
- Distribute bid documents for construction projects
- Assist in bid opening and prepare bid tabulation
- Assist in execution of construction contracts
- Hold pre-construction conference
- Perform construction inspection including periodic reports
- Approve all payment requests
- Assist with project funding applications
- Prepare facility plan(s) if necessary
- Provide engineering services through project closeout
