Buyer seeks qualified firms to review and update their Risk & Resilience Assessment and Emergency Response Plan to meet America's Water Infrastructure Act (AWIA) of 2018 requirements. The water system serves approximately 88,000 customers inside and outside city limits. The buyer operates a primary water treatment plant with a 15.0 mgd capacity and a currently non-operational secondary plant. The distribution system consists of five pressure zones, eight storage facilities, and five pumping facilities.

• RRA project lead must have AWWA J100 Risk Assessment experience
• Staff must have experience conducting RRAs and developing ERPs
• Staff must have experience using AWWA Cybersecurity Use-Case Tool
• One team member must have current CISSP certification
