Buyer seeks a qualified firm to provide grant accounting services for the Idaho Department of Commerce. Services include creating, developing, and managing grant accounting processes and financial oversight for ARPA CPF and IIJA Broadband Federal grants totaling $708 million. The contractor will ensure compliance with federal regulations, develop internal controls, assist with financial reporting, and support the successful administration of these broadband infrastructure initiatives.

• 6/24/2025 - Questions Deadline
• 7/15/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Three years of demonstrated experience working with Government Entities and/or non-profits

• Develop internal control structure for federal grant compliance
• Prepare and review required federal grant reports
• Assist with audit inquiries and Corrective Action Plans
• Develop standard operating procedures for grant management
• Perform financial monitoring of subgrantees
• Develop timeline for financial processes through project completion
• Verify reimbursement requests comply with federal guidelines
• Train staff on implemented processes and procedures
• Assist with budget development and modifications
• Coordinate with third-party vendor for grant administration
