Buyer seeks architectural and engineering services for garage roof replacements and exterior envelope repairs at two bus divisions. The project requires comprehensive services through pre-design, design, bidding, construction, and post-construction phases. Services will be performed at Northwest Division in Des Plaines and Fox Valley Division in North Aurora. Buyer will evaluate proposals based on qualifications in architecture and roof consulting as primary technical disciplines.

• Experience in transit facility improvements and renovations
• Experience with commercial/industrial projects in last 10 years
• Architecture and roof consulting expertise
• Structural and MEP engineering capabilities
• Familiarity with local codes and permit procedures

• Provide architectural design services for roof replacements
• Perform exterior envelope repairs assessment and design
• Create contract documents and construction specifications
• Coordinate with structural and MEP engineering disciplines
• Conduct construction administration and site visits
• Provide bidding and negotiation support services
• Develop schematic designs and design development documents
• Review contractor submittals and RFIs during construction
• Coordinate with local authorities having jurisdiction
• Perform quality assurance/quality control reviews
