Buyer seeks a vendor to conduct Tobacco Treatment Specialist (TTS) Training and additional nicotine dependence treatment educational courses. The training must prepare attendees to provide effective evidence-based interventions for tobacco and nicotine dependence treatment. Services include conducting in-person TTS training in Bismarck/Fargo, virtual TTS training, webinars for continuing education, and a two-day Motivational Interviewing training. This supports the mission of the Tobacco Prevention and Control Program to reduce health consequences of tobacco use.

• Must be nationally accredited by the Council for Tobacco Treatment Training Programs
• Minimum of ten years providing TTS Training
• Have provided at least one in-person TTS Training in North Dakota

• Conduct Tobacco Treatment Specialist (TTS) Training program for 36 participants
• Provide blended format with online learning and 3-day in-person training
• Offer virtual TTS training for six participants
• Conduct training on tobacco history, neurobiology, and pharmacologic management
• Deliver specialized instruction for treating pregnant women, youth, behavioral health patients
• Provide TTS training materials, testing, and completion certificates
• Conduct two one-hour webinars for continuing education
• Deliver two-day in-person Motivational Interviewing training for 35 participants
• Share evaluations from all training courses with STATE
• Provide certificates listing continuing education or contact hours
