The study will evaluate television, print, digital, and mobile marketing components to determine if they effectively communicate the state brand's intended message. Buyer requires both qualitative and quantitative research to test ads with key audiences. The contract will run for four fiscal years with two studies anticipated during this period.

- Conduct qualitative research including focus group interviews
- Perform quantitative surveys with innovative ad testing tools
- Test ads across television, print, digital and mobile formats
- Measure emotional and functional benefits of advertising
- Compare Nevada tourism ads with competing destinations
- Analyze how previous Nevada visitation impacts ad effectiveness
- Provide comprehensive data analysis and reporting
- Deliver video recordings of all interviews
- Present findings in person or virtually
