Buyer is seeking a qualified firm to provide telecommunications and network management and cybersecurity services at Miami International Airport and other aviation facilities. The selected contractor will furnish labor, materials, tools, and supplies required for design, installation, maintenance, repair, and operational support services. This includes managing voice and data network infrastructure, shared airport tenant services, and cybersecurity services for a ten-year contract period.

• 7/15/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Possess Florida Certified Electrical Contractor license
• Or Florida Certified Limited Energy Contractor license
• Or Miami-Dade County Master Electrician with State registration
• Or Miami-Dade County Master Low Voltage with State registration

• Manage voice and data network infrastructure for airport operations
• Establish Security Operations Center for monitoring cyber threats
• Provide on-site Help Desk and Network Operations Center
• Maintain telecommunications equipment including routers, switches, and servers
• Manage cybersecurity services for MDAD, users and tenants
• Provision and support CATV services for airport facilities
• Conduct daily analysis of network performance for troubleshooting
• Manage public Wi-Fi network throughout airport facilities
• Maintain cable management systems and documentation records
• Perform capacity planning for network links and PBX systems
