Buyer seeks qualified providers to implement a comprehensive, evidence-based counseling and prevention education program for K-12 students. The program must support Alabama state law mandates including Erin's Law, Jamari Terrell Williams Student Bullying Prevention Act, Jason Flatt Act, Price Hornsby Act, and drug/alcohol abuse prevention. The initiative will be funded through the Alabama State Department of Education Bullying Prevention Project and requires both curriculum development and implementation support.
