Austin, TX
City of Austin
Buyer seeks a vendor to develop a displacement mitigation strategy and implementation plan for the Colony Park area. The strategy will address how to prevent displacement of existing residents as the 208-acre Colony Park Sustainable Community development moves forward. The development project will deliver up to 3,000 residential units and various amenities, but risks causing green displacement similar to what occurred with the Mueller Development. The consultant will create strategies to promote long-term stability in existing neighborhoods adjacent to new investments.
