Buyer seeks a qualified vendor to provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements to their Library Digital Asset Management system. The vendor will ensure system reliability, provide technical support, implement updates, and support the integration of new features. Services include system maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, security assessments, and implementation of minor enhancements. The CTDA contains approximately 4 million items representing 125TB with an expected growth rate of 10TB per year.

- Proven experience maintaining enterprise-level DAM platforms
- Expertise with DAM API integrations and metadata structures
- Familiarity with hybrid on-prem/cloud-based hosting environments
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Perform routine maintenance including bug fixes and patch updates
- Monitor system performance and availability
- Ensure data backups and disaster recovery readiness
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support
- Troubleshoot system issues and user-reported errors
- Implement minor enhancements and customizations
- Develop or modify integrations with other systems
- Ensure system adheres to cybersecurity policies
- Perform regular security reviews and vulnerability testing
- Provide documentation for system changes and updates
