  • Evaluate slope stability and provide permanent repair solutions
  • Create architectural designs for flood-resilient public buildings
  • Provide construction administration and quality control oversight
  • Ensure compliance with FEMA Public Assistance requirements
  • Design new Golf Course Maintenance Building outside non-encroachment area
  • Coordinate with NCDOT for pedestrian connection under I-40
  • Perform structural engineering for bridges and municipal buildings
  • Design HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems for municipal facilities
  • Provide GIS mapping services for infrastructure documentation
  • Prepare permit applications and regulatory correspondence
  • Conduct hydrologic modeling and analysis for dam performance
