- Design and permitting for watershed structures and infrastructure
- Develop space needs assessments and programming for public facilities
- Evaluate slope stability and provide permanent repair solutions
- Create architectural designs for flood-resilient public buildings
- Provide construction administration and quality control oversight
- Ensure compliance with FEMA Public Assistance requirements
- Design new Golf Course Maintenance Building outside non-encroachment area
- Coordinate with NCDOT for pedestrian connection under I-40
- Perform structural engineering for bridges and municipal buildings
- Design HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems for municipal facilities
- Provide GIS mapping services for infrastructure documentation
- Prepare permit applications and regulatory correspondence
- Conduct hydrologic modeling and analysis for dam performance
