Buyer is seeking a qualified business entity to provide Internal Audit Services for TDLR and TBVME. The selected vendor will be responsible for managing and maintaining the agency's internal auditing program. The scope includes conducting risk assessments, preparing audit plans, performing audits, and producing reports. Buyer requires services in compliance with the Texas Internal Auditing Act.

• 9/1/2025 - Anticipated Contract Start Date

• In business for minimum of three years
• Demonstrated experience in the services requested
• Financially solvent and adequately capitalized
• Authorized to do business in Texas

• Conducting annual risk assessment
• Developing annual internal audit plan
• Auditing accounting systems and controls
• Auditing administrative systems and controls
• Auditing information technology systems and controls
• Producing draft and final audit reports
• Preparing Internal Audit Annual Report
• Performing special audits or consultations
• Participating in scheduled meetings and communications
• Managing the agency's internal auditing program
