• Licensed to provide architectural/engineering services in Pennsylvania
• Minimum five years experience in K-12 school facilities planning and design
• Experience with door replacement, auditorium renovations, lighting design, or science labs
• Proven construction administration support capability
• Experience developing accurate cost estimates and phasing strategies
• Sufficient staffing to complete all project scopes

• Assess and design replacement of 239 interior doors at West Scranton High School
• Design comprehensive auditorium renovation including lighting, sound, and rigging
• Develop tiered lighting system upgrade options for auditorium and Black Box Theatre
• Design modernization of science laboratories to meet current standards
• Conduct comprehensive condition assessments of existing facilities
• Develop phased construction plans aligned with academic calendar
• Create detailed cost estimates at schematic, design, and construction document phases
• Provide ADA-compliant designs for all facility upgrades
• Coordinate with environmental consultants for hazardous materials abatement
• Provide construction administration services including submittal reviews and punch lists
