The services include remote monitoring via a software solution, maintenance, annual recertification, training, and as-needed services. The ERRCS is a mandated life safety wireless communication network designed exclusively for emergency services personnel to ensure reliable communication inside buildings.

- Three years experience in DAS/ERRCS system management
- Experience providing remote monitoring software with alarms and parameter history
- Personnel with current FCC General Radio telephone Operator License
- Certifications in Anritsu, Comba, iBwave, and JMA technologies
- Provide remote monitoring via secure cellular connection
- Develop and deploy SNMP monitoring software solution
- Perform annual NFPA 72 recertification for system compliance
- Provide training on monitoring software to Airport staff
- Deliver on-site problem resolution for system issues
- Monitor alarms and parameter history for reporting
- Dispatch field engineers for on-site maintenance when needed
- Provide certified technical expertise for system integration
- Source and supply repair stock parts for hardware failures
- Support ERRCS system expansion and device integration
