• Minimum 5 years providing managed IT services
• Experience with Texas governmental entities
• CJIS compliant environment experience
• Security framework experience (NIST Cybersecurity Framework)
• Local technician availability for on-site support

• Provide strategic IT management and develop technology roadmaps
• Manage and monitor network infrastructure 24x7x365
• Implement security services including CJIS compliance
• Deliver tiered help desk support with strict SLAs
• Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Maintain compliance with Texas DIR and PCI DSS requirements
• Manage cell phones and VoIP phone systems
• Record and publish Commissioner Court meetings within 24 hours
• Extract data for open records requests
• Provide on-site support for hardware issues and projects
