Buyer seeks a qualified firm to provide comprehensive managed IT services. The selected vendor will maintain, secure, and optimize the technology infrastructure for approximately 400 employees across 13 buildings. Services include strategic IT management, infrastructure support, security services, end-user support, and disaster recovery. The contract term is one year with four optional renewal years.

• 6/25/2025 - Pre-bid facility tour
• 7/9/2025 - Questions deadline
• 7/14/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Minimum 5 years providing managed IT services
• Experience with Texas governmental entities
• CJIS compliant environment experience
• Local resource availability for on-site support
• All staff must maintain CJIS certification

• Develop IT strategic plan aligned with County objectives
• Provide 24x7x365 monitoring of all critical systems
• Implement managed firewall and intrusion prevention
• Deliver help desk services across three support tiers
• Manage comprehensive backup solution with regular testing
• Ensure CJIS compliance and auditing
• Record and publish Commissioner Court meetings within 24 hours
• Maintain County website, intranet, and social media accounts
• Support VoIP phone system with 329 phones
• Provide technology roadmap and budget planning by May 1st
