Buyer seeks a qualified provider for educational and related services for students ages Preschool through High School who require special education services. Provider must understand IDEA requirements and Virginia Department of Education regulations. Services include screenings, IEP development and implementation, assessments, and therapy services. The provider must follow school division policies and maintain student confidentiality.

• Provider licenses
• HIPAA regulations training and acceptance documentation
• Experience working with children in educational settings
• Evidence of ongoing professional development

• Conduct screenings for students needing educational and related services
• Participate in Child Study Process and IEP Team meetings
• Develop and implement IEP goals and objectives
• Provide services using flexible delivery models including face-to-face and teletherapy
• Determine eligibility and termination of services as appropriate
• Conduct and interpret assessment results
• Document services in accordance with district procedures
• Participate in eligibility meetings
• Provide progress reports and recommendations
• Maintain compliance with IDEA regulations
