Buyer is seeking qualified event producers to plan, coordinate, and implement special events in the Rainbow District. The selected firm will develop and execute culturally relevant, community-focused LGBTQ+ programming to increase foot traffic and business activity. Events should support local economic growth through June 2026 as part of a pilot program. Buyer aims to create consistent, meaningful activations that enhance visibility of the Rainbow District.

• Develop cohesive event strategy and implementation plan for one-year pilot program
• Propose event calendar with diverse cultural programming aligned with LGBTQ+ themes
• Coordinate with local businesses for active participation and hosting opportunities
• Manage production logistics including setup, rentals, sound, lighting, and staffing
• Create and implement marketing plan to promote events to residents and visitors
• Develop branded materials for promotion with City approval
• Manage expenses related to production, marketing, vendors, permits, and staffing
• Ensure ADA accessibility and compliance with all applicable regulations
• Conduct outreach to Rainbow District businesses and community stakeholders
• Provide summary reports detailing attendance, budget, business participation, and feedback
