Buyer seeks providers of a Commercial Information Exchange (CIE) property feed and/or a commercial and industrial site comparison tool. The tool must display available properties through a geospatial map view with customizable data layers. Buyer needs these services to populate their 'Locate In Wisconsin' tool which serves as the state's real estate database for site selectors and companies interested in Wisconsin. Proposers may bid on either one or both required services.

• Integrate with RFI response management tools like Lasso
• Provide proposal generator tools for responding to site selector RFIs
• Support training and onboarding process for new users

• Display workforce data and education data for regional comparison
• Include foreign direct investment and consumer expenditure data
• Generate measurement and distance calculations between points
