Buyer seeks a qualified individual or firm to provide marketing and social media services to promote tourism in Warren County, NC. The contractor will work with the Tourism Manager to develop branding, manage social media, create advertising, conduct public relations, and provide analytics. Buyer requires the contractor to have verifiable ties to Warren County and a commitment to promoting the county authentically.

• Must reside in or have ties to Warren County, NC
• Demonstrated record of promoting Warren County
• Experience in tourism marketing or storytelling

• Develop brand messaging and campaign themes
• Create marketing assets reflecting county identity
• Manage and grow social media accounts
• Create original content including graphics and reels
• Produce monthly analytics reports and content calendars
• Develop ads for digital and print platforms
• Provide input on targeting strategies and budget allocations
• Create rack cards and tourism guidebook ads
• Pitch stories to local and regional media
• Write press releases
• Assist with influencer outreach
• Provide monthly marketing performance reports
• Make data-informed recommendations for engagement
• Maintain archives of creative assets
• Develop cross-promotions with local businesses
