The provider will maintain all hardware, software, networks, servers, and applications owned by the buyer. The scope includes security, public access, digital media, backup services, training, and records management. Buyer requires support for digital operations that ensure safety, security, and public access through various digital platforms.

• Must be licensed to practice in New Mexico
• Must have liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence
• Must respond to work stoppage issues within two hours
• Must resolve work stoppage issues within 24 hours

• Support and manage all hardware, software, networks, and servers
• Provide after-hours support for meetings and emergency situations
• Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Create and maintain information governance and records management systems
• Manage website and audio/visual equipment
• Respond to work stoppage issues within two hours
• Perform annual user training on security practices
