Buyer seeks qualified individuals or agencies to provide related special education services to students with disabilities on an as-needed basis. Services include specialized instruction, therapeutic interventions, and support services across multiple disciplines. Buyer requires service providers to work at various locations including all school campuses, administrative offices, and when necessary, student homes. Contractors must maintain appropriate certifications and comply with background check requirements.

• 7/18/2025 - RFP Evaluation
• 7/25/2025 - Finalist Interviews

• Contractors must provide TB clearance documentation
• Staff must submit fingerprint clearance for background checks
• Contractors must sign SCCOE Standard of Conduct form
• Staff must possess required professional licenses and certifications
• Contractors must have experience working with special education students

• Provide adaptive physical education services to students with disabilities
• Deliver American Sign Language interpreting and paraeducator services
• Conduct audiological evaluations and provide assistive technology services
• Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies
• Provide counseling, guidance, and psychological services
• Deliver occupational and physical therapy services
• Provide orientation and mobility services for visually impaired students
• Conduct parent counseling and training sessions
• Provide social worker services and transcription services
• Deliver specially designed vocational education and career development
