Buyer seeks vendors to provide discounted hardware, software, and professional services to educational institutions throughout Rhode Island. Buyer represents over 34 school districts, 21 individual schools, and 35 private institutions serving approximately 152,000 students. This RFP will establish a price agreement with selected vendors who will pay a 2% administrative fee on all sales. Buyer may award to multiple qualifying vendors to serve their membership.

• 7/11/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Provide discounted hardware including Chromebooks, laptops, servers, and peripherals
• Supply software solutions including cybersecurity, management, and educational platforms
• Deliver professional services such as security operations and device management
• Configure devices before shipping, including pre-enrollment in management systems
• Provide quarterly sales reports and maintain accurate product pricing
• Meet quarterly with RISTE to review sales and discuss collaboration
• Assist with asset management including physical tags and tracking tools
• Offer warranty services and replacement for broken/defective units
• Manage complex logistics across multiple locations and shipping requirements
• Support cybersecurity requirements including audits and simulated exercises
