Buyer is seeking design and engineering services for the Las Colinas Automated Transportation System infrastructure project. The goal is to modernize and prepare the system for the next generation of ATS technology. The project will cover approximately one mile of existing ATS infrastructure. The buyer expects development of retrofit design for guideway, stations, and vehicle storage/maintenance facilities. The expected duration of the retrofit agreement is one year from contract execution.

• Develop implementation plan with cost estimation and scheduling
• Design retrofitted guideway in Las Colinas ATS
• Assess ATS vehicle and track interface integration
• Design integration of new decking materials with safety features
• Complete design and engineering at 30%, 60%, 90%, and 100% milestones
• Analyze fatal flaws for expansion of retrofit to full system
• Conduct infrastructure assessment for dynamic wireless charging
• Engineer station areas and passenger interfaces
• Design ATS vehicle storage, maintenance and charging facility
• Deliver final electronic and printed documentation packages
• Conduct monthly status meetings and progress updates
