Buyer is seeking professional services to develop a comprehensive Central Ohio Cycling Guide. The project will create a cycling travel guide that serves both avid cyclists and newcomers, promoting safe and accessible routes throughout the 15-county region. Buyer requires a consultant to lead stakeholder engagement, identify 7-10 curated regional cycling routes, and design a print version of a trail map that will inspire more cycling activity.
