Buyer is seeking Literacy Grant Support Providers to help advance the goals of the Iowa Comprehensive Literacy State Development Grant. The support providers will play a critical role in providing expertise and guidance to schools and districts. They will utilize evidence-based literacy practices within a Multi-Tiered System of Support framework to drive literacy achievement and ensure equitable access to high-quality instruction. The initiative covers literacy support from birth through grade 12 with emphasis on supporting literacy leadership, implementing evidence-based practices, and providing professional learning.

• Ability to deliver coaching, professional learning, and large-scale training
• Strong knowledge of Science of Reading and MTSS frameworks
• Commitment to serving diverse district types

• Provide comprehensive literacy support to schools and districts
• Utilize evidence-based practices within MTSS framework
• Deliver professional development and coaching tailored to specific needs
• Demonstrate knowledge of Science of Reading across all age groups
• Develop strategies supporting literacy for students with disabilities and ELs
• Assist districts implementing comprehensive literacy approach
• Offer expertise in high-quality instructional materials adoption
• Support curriculum development and assessment strategies
• Provide intervention strategies and system-level improvement initiatives
• Coach educators in literacy instruction and improvement efforts
